1. 1.What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each Product and Seller. Delivery charge may be removed by some Sellers, if you shop with them for a minimum value which is decided by seller.
2.What is the Maximum/Estimated delivery time?
Products are procured from Sellers and shipped within the time specified depending on product. Total delivery days exclude Public holidays and Sundays.
Delivery time depends on Seller, Product's availability and delivery location.
3. Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each seller?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for sellers of the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.

Seller cannot ship to my area. Why?
Please enter your pincode on the product page to know whether the product can be delivered to your location. If you haven't provided your pincode until the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability. Service at your location depends on whether seller can to your location, Legal restrictions and availability of reliable courier partners in your location.At times Sellers prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
5. Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
H How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
· The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
· While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 3-4 days.
· While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
INSURANCE:
Justshopon insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Justshopon and transfer of responsibility in the same way
